For the second time in the last couple months, a Peace Region product is set to visit the White House.
Grande Prairie’s Lars Davis will be there Friday, along with the rest of the U.S. college baseball champions from the University of Florida.
Davis is a volunteer assistant coach with the Gators.
The team will be at the White House as part of Collegiate National Champions Day.
Earlier, Sexsmith’s Carter Rowney visited the White House with the rest of the Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins.
