All-State Michigan Forward commits to Grande Prairie Storm

Friday afternoon, the Grande Prairie Storm announced 2000-born forward Alex Nordstrom has signed on with the club for next season.

Nordstrom spent the past three seasons playing in his hometown of Hancock, Michigan, where he produced some impressive numbers.

In 80 games played with Hancock Central High over the past three seasons, Nordstrom racked up 170 points. That is the most in school history.

Nordstrom was also named a first-team All-State forward last season.
