Mixed results for GPRC basketball at Concordia

GPRC men’s basketball picked up a weekend sweep in Edmonton over Concordia University College. 

On Friday, Payton Tirrell had 22 points while Liam O’Hallahan chipped in with 18 as the Wolves picked up an 89-80 win.  

Then on Saturday, Logan Rempel made 6 – 3 pointers and finished with a team high 18 points in an 80-74 win.  

The news was not as good for the GPRC women’s team, who are still looking for their first win of the season.

On Friday, they fell 79-56 to Concordia, as Britney Peters led the way for the Wolves with 19 points.
