U.S. issues new permit for Keystone pipeline

U-S President Donald Trump has issued a new permit allowing construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline, two years after he first approved the long-stalled project.
Trump says the new permit is intended speed up development of the controversial pipeline, which would ship crude oil from Alberta through Saskatchewan to the U-S Gulf Coast.
A federal judge blocked the project in November.
It is not clear when the pipeline work will actually begin.
