Stop sign vandalism say local candidates

Three of the candidates in Grande Prairie have teamed up to call for an end to campaign sign vandalism.

Tracy Allard of the UCP, Grant Berg with the Alberta Party, and Todd Russell with the NDP all shared a post to their respective Facebook pages. They say they want to honour the freedom of democracy by respecting each other’s campaigns and are asking anyone vandalizing signs to stop and respect the democratic process.

The post also says this is illegal and the candidates do not endorse this kind of thing.
