Local drivers dealing with winter driving conditions in May

Everything GP has received a number of reports regarding poor driving conditions in the area.

Heavy, wet snow is falling and motorists are reminded to drive for the conditions.

The Wembley Fire Department is advising against travel on Highway 43 between Beaverlodge and Grande Prairie.

According to 511 Alberta, Highways 40, 43 and 2 are partly covered with snow/ice.

We are hearing of a three vehicle collision by McDonald’s in Clairmont.

There is also a report of a collision on the highway just before the Woking turn off and traffic is moving very slowly.
