Storm land power forward from Grizzlys

On the first day of trading for the 2019-20 hockey season, the Grande Prairie Storm completed a deal from last season’s trade deadline.

The Storm received Lukas Jirousek from the Olds Grizzlys as the future considerations from a deal that sent defenceman Nolan Spadafore to Olds on January 10th.

Jirousek, a 6-foot-3, 208 pound forward who hails from Whitehorse, had 10 goals and 23 points for the Grizzlys last season.
