City and DTS working together to resolve issues

The city and representatives of the Disable Transportation Society sat down yesterday to discuss their situation.

They have agreed to work together to restore the previous level of service and jointly develop a Request for Proposal to explore a future service model.

The city has agreed to provide funding to meet the previous level of service up to a minimum of August 1, 2019.

The two groups plan on meeting again within one week’s time and the community will be kept informed of what’s happening.
