Nolin clinches aggregate in Ponoka, Peace region drivers dominate semi final spots

There will be plenty of Peace Region representation in Sunday night’s semi finals of the WPCA stop in Ponoka.

Mark, Kirk, and Mitch Sutherland along with Cody Ridsdale all qualified by finishing in the top 8 of the aggregate standings.

Vern Nolin wound up clinching the aggregate title on Saturday, while Dustin Gorst took home day money for having the nest time in Saturday’s races.

Chanse Vigen, who had the aggregate lead going into Saturday night, did not finish his race and in the process fell out of contention.
