Canada to face Puerto Rico in Pan Am Cup playoffs

It is a day off for all the teams competing in Pan Am Cup women’s volleyball tournament in Peru.

Beaverlodge’s Dani Smith (pictured, #5) and her Team Canada teammates will take on Puerto Rico in their first play-off game Friday.

Canada finished third in its pool at 3-2. Puerto Rico wound up second in it’s group at 3-1. Canada’s pool had six teams, Puerto Rico’s five.

Agentina and Columbia will also play Friday.
