Rodeos in Manning and Fairview this weekend

Peace Country cowgirls and cowboys have a busy weekend ahead.

Heavy rain Thursday forced some changes to the Western Chuckwagon Association schedule at the Manning Rodeo.

Racing will now go Friday night through Sunday after then original plan was to race Thursday through Saturday.

Races will start at 6:30 Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The rodeo is still set for Noon Saturday and Sunday.

The Fairview Amateur Rodeo is on this weekend as well. The first scheduled event is local team roping at 6 p.m. Friday.

Local rodeo events will be held at 1:30 Saturday and Sunday.

Wildrose and Lakeland Rodeo Association performances start at 4 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday.
