Bensmiller claims crown in Strathmore

It was a sunny Monday in Strathmore and the sun shined a little bit brighter for Kurt Bensmiller.

Bensmiller closed out the Strathmore Stampede with the fastest time of Day 4 at 1:13.93 and would secure the win on aggregate with a four-day time of 4:58.26.

Vern Nolin finished a close 2nd with a time of 4:58.26 and Mark Sutherland rounded out the Top 3 with a four-day time of 5:00.69.

It will be a quick turnaround for the competitors of the WPCA Pro Tour.

They will begin competition in Dawson Creek on Wednesday at the Battle of the North.
