Trial starts in Edmonton for man accused in homicide of ex-girlfriend

A trial has started for an Edmonton man accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend 101 times.
Silva Koshwal has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and offering an indignity to a body.
Thirty-eight-year-old Nadine Skow was found dead in a downtown apartment in August 2015.
Neighbours reported hearing screaming but did not call police.
Co-workers eventually went to the apartment and found her mutilated body.
