Province raising oil production limits
Sep 26, 2019 | 5:50 PM
Oil production limits continue to go up in Alberta.
The provincial government says the limit will go to 3.79-million barrels per day next month from the current 3.76-million.
It will then go to 3.8-million in November and 3.81-million in December.
The province says that since it made the first 20,000 barrels produced per day exempt from the production cap, only 15 of Alberta’s 300 oil producers are affected by the limits.
