Eastlink Centre seeks public feedback
The Eastlink Centre is asking members, user groups, and tenants to fill in customer satisfaction survey.
The survey will provide information on how customers feel about the programs and services offered through the Community Knowledge Campus. The feedback will then be used to create action plans, set performance targets, increase overall satisfaction ratings and improve membership retention.
The results of the survey will also be used to form a baseline for future satisfaction surveys.
The Eastlink Centre plans to use the information gathered through the survey to enhance its customer experience, while also ensuring the facility remains economical.
