Local artists to perform at-home shows for Peace Country residents

A number of local artists are set to “hit the stage” over the next two weeks at “Revolution Place” to perform for the people of the Peace while they are practicing social distancing and staying home.

Through Revolution Place’s social media channels starting Wednesday, April 1, a select artist will be playing an at-home concert at 2 p.m. each day until April 15, for what the venue is dubbing “2 P.M. Tunes”.

Local artists such as Tenille Townes, The Northbloods and McKindred, among many others, will all be sending in videos to be played on Revolution Place’s social media channels.

“Some of these videos are short and some are full on house concerts. All of them are unique, and we are grateful for each musician that wanted to connect with us here in Grande Prairie,” reads the announcement from Revolution Place.
