As caregivers, we sometimes give til us hurt. Us or someone we love.
Some call this it a wake-up call. I call it Nice for a Living, a song that wrote itself when I didn’t want to write it. They were the words I needed to hear. Maybe you do too?
Thank you for all that you are doing for others. Don’t forget about the ones who love you most, matter to you most and need you most. Don’t forget about you.
