MD of Greenview implements mandatory masks in municipal offices

The Municipal District of Greenview is requiring the use of masks or face coverings in all municipal offices, effective immediately.

Those include the municipal administrative offices, Family and Community Support Services offices, and the Grande Cache Tourism and Interpretive Centre.

Staff and public are required to wear masks or face coverings in these facilities, and the MD says masks will be provided to those who do not bring their own.

The Municipal District also says masks are intended to be used in concert with other health measures, including physical distancing, hand hygiene, and staying home when sick, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The MD says increased health and safety protocols for the Greenview Recreation Centres will be announced later in the week.
