Return to classroom at Whispering Ridge pushed to Thursday
At-home learning will continue for two more days this week for students from Whispering Ridge Community School, as the school says additional cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed at the school.
The school shuttered in-person classes back on November 2, due to the high number of close contacts that were required to self-isolate and a lack of available staff.
In a post on the school’s Facebook page, they say in person classes will now resume on Thursday, November 12.
“This decision minimizes unnecessary transitions for our students, and ensures that we have the majority of our staff members available to return to work, while prioritizing everyone’s health and safety,” reads the post.
