COVID-19 case identified at Beaverlodge Regional High School

The Peace Wapiti Public School Division says a case of COVID-19 has been identified at Beaverlodge Regional High School.
The individual last attended school on Tuesday, January 19, and, after learning of the positive test result on January 24, school administration contacted the known close contacts.
The close contacts have been advised to isolate at home until the end of day on Tuesday, February 2, and Alberta Health Services is expected to provide further directions on testing and isolating to those people.
The school remains open for in-person learning for those not identified as close contacts.
