Tuesday marks Canada’s Agriculture Day
Like the old saying goes: if you eat, you’re involved in agriculture.
People in Canada are being asked to raise a fork on February 23 to mark Canada’s Agriculture Day.
A release from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada says the annual day is hosted by Agriculture More than Ever and is meant to bring together people in the food and agriculture business to talk about how Canada can be a global food supplier.
This year’s discussion is expected to focus on economic recovery from the pandemic.
