Lights coming down

City removing temporary lights on 102 Avenue Sunday

The City of Grande Prairie says the temporary traffic signals along 102 Avenue at both 100 Street and 102 Street are being removed on Sunday, October 31.

The lights were put up in the spring ahead of work on the downtown rehabilitation project to aid with traffic flow.

They say drivers can expect temporary, intermittent lane closures Sunday as the removal of the lights takes place.

Normal traffic patterns will resume once the lights are taken down.
