Grande Prairie RCMP say a late January drug seizure has led to charges against an Edmonton man.
Police say they did a search on January 27 and found over two kilograms of cocaine, 195 oxycodone pills, 60 alprazolam pills, a loaded 9mm handgun, $10,000 in cash, plus other items police say are related to drug trafficking.
Mounties did not specify where the search took place, only saying it happened “within the City of Grande Prairie.”
Dursa Moume Tofik, 38, is facing 10 charges that include three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and breach of a firearms prohibition.
