Peace Regional RCMP seeks public help in early morning home invasion
Peace Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help with a home invasion that took place on May 20 at 5:28 a.m. at an apartment complex on 77 avenue in Peace River.
Two male suspects reportedly smashed through a glass door into a private suite where they assaulted a man with an edged weapon, a baton-style weapon, and pepper spray. The man was taken to a local hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Both suspects were dressed in all black including ski masks, but one male did have white markings on his pants and white running shoes. Both suspects vacated the scene in a silver or grey sedan-style vehicle.
Peace Regional RCMP would like to speak to any witnesses of the attack or receive information from anyone who can identify the suspect vehicle or suspects involved.
