Red Earth RCMP property crime investigation leads them to charge eight people

After a recent spike in property crime, Red Earth RCMP began an investigation to hopefully identify the people responsible.

The investigation has led them to charge eight people.

35-year-old Cory Gabriel Letendre , a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

  • Two counts of possession of property obtained by crime
  • Theft under $5,000
  • Assault on Police
  • Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
  • Flight from Police

Letendre will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on September 6, 2022.

45-year-old Dan Junior Noskey , a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime
  • Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
  • Resist arrest

Nosky will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on September 6, 2022.

25-year-old Teresa Jane Seeseequon, a resident of Red Earth Creek, has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime
  • Theft of a truck
  • Flight from Police
  • Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle

Seeseequon will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on September 6, 2022.

55-year-old Johnny Seeseequon, a resident of Red Earth Creek, has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime
  • Break and enter

Seeseequon will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on September 6, 2022.

38-year-old Raymond Edward Sawan Jr., a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime
  • Break and enter

Sawan’s matter has been taken care of in court.

45-year-old Laurel Jennifer Letendre, a resident of Loon River First Nations has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime.

Letendre will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on September 6, 2022.

31-year-old Brendon Cunningham, a resident of Edmonton, has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime and is currently on warrant status.

40-year-old Terence Ryley Letendre, a resident of Loon River First Nations, has been charged with:

  • Theft under $5000.00.

Letendre will be appearing in Red Earth Creek Provincial court on Sept. 6, 2022.
