No injuries reported following garage fire off Highway 43

County Regional Fire Services responded to a fire structure on Tuesday evening near Range Road 132 and Highway 43.

Crews from the County of Grande Prairie Regional Fire Service from Hythe and La Glace stations, along with the Horse Lake, Beaverlodge, and Wembley fire departments, responded to the scene at approximately 6 p.m.

The attic of an attached garage was on fire and smoke was coming from the garage roof.

Crews brought the fire under control in a timely manner and were able to prevent the flames from spreading to the attached home.
