Naming rights deal announced for Beaverlodge Recreation Centre
The town of Beaverlodge has announced a naming rights agreement for its recreation centre.
It will be known as the NuVista Energy Centre for a minimum of five years after the rights were purchased by the oil and natural gas company.
The multi-purpose facility, which is home to the town’s swimming pool, fitness centre, event room, and community centre, sees around 55-thousand visitors over the course of a year.
As part of the agreement, NuVista Energy made a further donation to the town to allow for the purchase of a pool deck inflatable slide and a climbing wall.
