Chateh RCMP investigating shootings they say were targeted and related

Chateh RCMP says they believe two recent shootings were targeted and related.

Police say on February 17 they got a 911 call and later located a 38-year-old man who had been shot. Witnesses reported a dark-coloured car in the area. There is no word on the man’s condition.

Police got another report from a man that someone had shot at his house. No one was injured. Witnesses say they saw a dark-coloured SUV in the area at the time.

The investigations continue.

RCMP are asking anyone who may have information that can help to contact them.
