County Annual Roadside Clean-up starting Saturday
Community groups will be on the sides of County Roads tomorrow, as it marks the start of the Annual County Roadside cleanup.
The first set of community groups will be out tomorrow, collecting litter south of the County Industrial Park, from Range Road 61 and Range Road 62 to South of Highway 688 and Township Road 704A.
The second set of groups will be out doing their road cleaning next Saturday, April 29, in the Five Mile and Haullen areas, from Township Road 714 to Carriage Lane and Range Road 51, and Range Road 54, to Five Mile Hall Yard and Recycle Area. At the same time, another group will be litter-picking in the Huallen area from Range Road 92 to Highway 43 and Township Road 710.
Signs will be posted and volunteers will be wearing high-visibility vests. But for their safety, and drivers, vehicles are asked to slow down and practice caution when traveling through the designated areas.
