Canada sweeps Puerto Rico, advances to semis in Quebec City

The Canadian squad has two days off to rest following a sweep of Puerto Rico Wednesday evening at the 2023 NORCECA Senior Women’s Volleyball Continental Championship.

The ladies beat Puerto Rico, despite good efforts from the opposing team. The Canadians took the match 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, 25-23).

Wahnam’s Quinn Pelland is #26 on the team.

Team Canada also beat Mexico in three sets in Group A action on Tuesday.

They move past quarterfinals and into the semi-finals and top-four of the seven team tournament in Quebec City.
