Wine Fair & Whiskey Tasting returns to raise funds for NWP

The 23rd annual Wine Fair & Whiskey Tasting is returning to the Pomeroy Hotel for two days, Friday September 29, and Saturday September 30.
Hosted by the Regional EMS Foundation, (REMSF) as a way to provide significant funding for EMS in the region. This year’s event will see a portion of the proceeds going toward the development of a primary care paramedic program, thanks to a partnership with Northwestern Polytechnic.
The funds will then be used to develop, and eventually offer a local paramedic course at NWP, eliminating the need of heading south to become certified.
The two-day event will kick off with the Wine Fair and Auction on Friday, with tickets going for $85, and will wrap up on Saturday with the Whiskey Tasting, tickets are selling for $95.
