M.D. of Greenview holding domestic abuse discussion tonight

A live event to discuss ways to prevent and end domestic abuse is happening tonight in Valleyview.

Green View Family & Community Support Services is holding A Night to Lead Change, a free-to-attend event featuring presentations from author Karen Gosbee and the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters on domestic violence, consent, the correlation between violence and addictions, and ways to lead change.

The event also includes door prizes worth $500 and a dinner service.

A Night to Lead Change is happening at the Burnside Performing Arts Building in Valleyview tonight, doors open at 5:30 p.m.
