Aging Well Together open houses to be held January 23-26

The City of Grande Prairie’s Aging Well Together Initiative kicks off next week.

A series of open houses will be held Tuesday and Thursday as adults, seniors, service providers and more engage in discussions regarding the needs of Grande Prairie’s senior population.

The initiative, aimed at engaging and serving seniors and older adults is a key component of city council’s strategic priority to foster an inclusive and caring community, with a senior population expected to grow by 92.3 per cent by 2043.
