Open houses set for Stormwater Utility Bylaw consultations

Grande Prairie City Hall says it has set up two sessions on February 27 where people can give their input on the proposed Stormwater Utility Bylaw.

They will both take place in the Teresa Sargent Hall, in the Montrose Cultural Centre.

One session is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the 27.

The other will go from 4 to 7 p.m.

Council voted to have a four-week delay in approving the bylaw, at its meeting on Monday after concerns over higher charges and unfair rates for some customers were brought forward.
