City of Dawson Creek reopens Emergency Warming Centre

The City of Dawson Creek has reopened it’s emergency warming centre.

The centre will provide daytime warming to at risk residents, offering up water, warm drinks, snacks and a warm place to shelter.

The centre is located at the Nawican Shelter at 1401 102 Avenue.

The shelter can host up to 30 individuals. It will be open until March 4.
