CMHA fundraisers collect over $56,000

The Canadian Mental Health Association office in Grande Prairie says two recent fundraisers have brought it over $56,000.

The Coldest Night of the Year walk, held Saturday in Muskoseepi Park, raised $26,500. Donations will stay open until the end of March.

Organizers say it was a “huge success” with a good turnout and great weather.

The Push-Up Challenge raised $30,029.

This effort had people try to do 2,000 push-ups from February 1-23.
