Applications for On-Farm Climate Action Fund open March 1: RDAR

Results Driven Agriculture says online applications for the On-Farm Climate Action Fund open March 1.

This program “supports adopting beneficial management practices (BMPs) that reduce greenhouse gas emissions while fostering economic and environmental sustainability” according to a release from RDAR.

It is meant to encourage such practices in cover cropping, rotational grazing and nitrogen management.

The amount per application will stay capped at $75,000.

The program is funded by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

RDAR says it will continue delivering this program through March 2025.
