Downtown Association presents Art Ouellette and Downtowner of the Year Awards

The Grande Prairie Downtown Association announced the 2023 Art Ouellette Memorial Award and the Downtowner of the Year award winners, at its annual general meeting held Wednesday.

The Art Ouellette award went to Kendra and Nathan Davis of Piece Fabrics Co. for “setting a standard of excellence” through “meticulous upkeep and exceptional customer service.”

The Downtowner of the Year award was presented to Ken and Jessica Schoepp of 92 Beverage Co.

The association noted their contributions to local charities, hosting inclusive events and the “modern vibe they bring to Grande Prairie.”

In a release, the Downtown Association thanked both 92 Beverage Co. and Piece Fabrics Co. for their contributions to “our City Centre.”
