Dawson Creek WPCA champ to be decided Sunday night

It will be Jason Glass, Rae Croteau Jr., Chad Fike and Jamie Laboucane racing in the $30,000 Battle of the North World Professional Chuckwagon Association championship final in Dawson Creek.

Glass topped the aggregate with a total time of 4:57.11.

“Obrey Motowylo finished in fifth place overall and just missed Sunday’s final by 1.8 seconds. All four drivers in the Championship Final Heat are inside the top five in the World Standings,” says the WPCA in a news release.

Chanse Vigen finished seventh overall, Kirk Sutherland eighth.

Kurt Bensmiller, Croteau Jr., Kris Molle and Laboucane had the top four times on Saturday. Cody Ridsdale was fifth.
