Update on Thursday at 2 a.m. – According to GP911, phone and internet services have been restored in the Wabasca area.

The community of Wabasca is experiencing a Telus phone and internet disruption.

Impacted customers are unable to use wireless or landline phones, anyone with an emergency is directed to visit the nearest police or fire station.

Telus is aware of this disruption, and at this time there is no timeline on when it will be solved.
