Grande Prairie Legion raising money for Cenotaph rejuvenation

The Grande Prairie Legion will host an open mic night next week.

Taking place on Saturday, November 9, entry will be by donation, with all the proceeds going towards the restoration of the Cenotaph in Jubilee Park.

The open mic night will run from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with the Legion’s doors opening at 4:00 p.m.; the Legion’s kitchen will also be open for a portion of the night, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Local musicians are encouraged to attend.
