City of Grande Prairie 2025 Municipal Election nomination period opens Jan. 2

The City of Grande Prairie is getting ready for the 2025 Municipal Election.
Nominations to run for mayor or council will be opening next week.
Interested residents are invited to submit their papers in person at City Hall and voters are encouraged to register in advance to make the voting process quicker and more convenient.
The nomination period will run from January 2 until September 22 with election day October 20.
