Grande Prairie is the coldest place in the world!

As of Tuesday February 4, at 9:00 a.m., the City of Grande Prairie is the most frigid place on Earth!
According to WX-now.com, the site says anything below -39 degrees Celsius is the temperature to beat the Swan City.
Among other coldest places in the world today; are Chetwynd B.C., Cold Lake, High Level, and Slave Lake.
Extreme cold temperatures are expected to hold going into Wednesday, with most of Alberta and the BC Peace to no longer be in a deep freeze and warm up into the mid-negative-teen’s for the foreseeable future.
