Wembley Medical Clinic closing indefinitely May 29

The Wembley Medical Clinic is closing.

Doctor Angela Luckham will be moving to Nova Scotia later this year, and Dr. Candace Kuhn is unable to take over ownership due to a College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) practice permit restriction, leaving the clinic without a way to remain open as of May 29, 2025.

Clinic patients will need to present to a walk-in clinic to review any test results or investigations done after the clinic closes.

All patients will receive information regarding the storage of their medical records within the next two weeks.

Dr. Luckham is asking any patients with urgent medical matters to proceed to the nearest emergency room in the absence of a doctor.
