County of Grande Prairie cancels Frostival 2025

Frostival 2025 has been cancelled.

Due to warmer temperatures and icy conditions, the County of Grande Prairie has decided to cancel the event at Hommy Campground.

The county says safety is its top priority and the current conditions do not meet their standards for safe outdoor activities.

The county is apologizing for any inconvenience and thanks the public for their understanding.
