Tapering off Friday afternoon

Snowfall warning still in effect

The snowfall warning put in place by Enviroment Canada on Tuesday, March 11, remains in effect.

Snow is now forecasted to continue through today and into tomorrow morning, before clearing up in the afternoon.

On a positive note, local amounts are not forecasted to be as great as they were in the past 24 hours, with 10 cm’s expected before it tapers off.

Anyone planning to travel is encouraged to check for changing road conditions on 511 Alberta.
