County of Grande Prairie gravel road bans switching to 24 hours a day

The County of Grande Prairie is updating its road bans for gravel roads, starting Monday, March 24.
Effective at 10:00 a.m., all gravel roads will now be at 75 per cent axle weight 24 hours a day, unless otherwise posted.
The bans are issued during spring thaw and inclement weather, when gravel roads are especially vulnerable to damage.
