City of Grande Prairie annual City Scrub returns in April
The City of Grande Prairie is encouraging residents to help clean up their city over April.
Grande Prairie’s City Scrub is set to run April 2-30, with residents asked to spend 20 minutes picking up litter in parks, neighbourhoods and public spaces.
The City is giving away free cleaning supplies at several facilities including City Hall, Eastlink Centre, and City Service Centre.
“City Scrub is more than just litter cleanup—it’s a way to show pride in our city and make a difference together. It’s a simple but meaningful way to welcome spring and contribute to a cleaner, more inviting community. – Jackie Clayton, Mayor of the City of Grande Prairie
