GPop Culture Fair 2025 runs April 12-13

The fifth annual GPop Culture Fair will take place in Grande Prairie this weekend.

The indie pop culture event features various vendors and events for all ages.

This year’s guests include local indie horror author CK Smith, comic creator Dasha Frost, and comic and game creator Josh Soren.

This year’s special guest is award winning Indigenous comic writer, illustrator and storyteller Kyle Charles from Whitefish Lake First Nation.

Charles is known for his work with Marvel, DC and Unregistered Studios, an agency and training ground for Indigenous comic artists.

Activities at the event will include video gaming, live interviews, board and role-playing games and free pinball.

GPop goes at D-Coy Armories Saturday and Sunday.
