The Northern Alberta and Territories branch of the Kidney Foundation is holding a free community event today (Saturday, April 26).
The Grande Prairie Kidney & Transplant Health Forum is for anyone interested in learning more about kidney health and transplantation by bringing together kidney and transplant experts.
Attending speakers include transplant specialists, a registered dietician, a renal nurse and patient partners to provide practical advice and the latest updates in kidney care technology.
It goes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Collins Recital Hall, pre-registration is required.
